Meet The Team

Founder/Executive Director
Dr Julie Gullett, DMin, MEd, MASF
Dr. Julie L Gullett is an educator, spiritual director, and community-based practitioner whose work bridges spiritual formation, agriculture, and holistic care. With a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Spiritual Formation from George Fox University, alongside advanced degrees in education and spiritual formation, she brings decades of experience across public education, social services, and innovative community initiatives. As the founder of Foundation Farms and co-creator of Discovery Therapeutic Services and Seedpod Farm, Dr. Gullett develops integrative, land-based programs that serve marginalized populations through food systems, therapeutic care, and relational connection. Her work reflects a deep commitment to cultivating belonging, resilience, and regenerative community practices both inside and outside the walls of the church.

Adam Gullett, MPT
Adam Gullett, MPT brings over 20 years of professional experience in private clinics, skilled nursing, and hospital settings. A graduate of Washington State with a BS in Biology, Adam attended the University of Puget Sound where he received a Masters in Physical Therapy. Adam and Julie started Seedpod Farm in 2012, a direct sale farm with a community supported agriculture model. In 2020 they opened Discovery Therapeutic Services when Adam offer stellar physical, aquatic and vestibular therapies. In his 'spare time' he is farmer extraordinaire!

Megan Berry
Megan Berry is a paraeducator who has supported students with special needs for over
ten years. Megan enjoys being involved in her community and hopes to create more
opportunities for marginalized groups to flourish. Supporting organizations that share
her values is important to her. She is grateful for opportunities to volunteer with Girl
Scouts, the Centralia Timberland Regional Library, and Foundation Farms. Megan
resides in Centralia with her husband and daughter.

Sectretary/Board Member at Large
Janean Parker, J.D.
Janean is a local city attorney representing municipal governments since 2002. Janean and her family have lived in Lewis County since 2009 and with her family has operated 3 Feathers Emu Ranch raising birds and selling emu oil products throughout the region. She has been active in the farm bureau, local farmers markets, the WSU extension, and other systems supporting the development of small-scale agriculture and promoting local healthy food systems in Lewis County.
